Care Instructions

Every detail is carefully considered, from the smooth finish to the elegant proportions, creating pieces that are both beautiful and functional.

Hand Wash Only: Wash both the white marble platter and the textured glass dome by hand using mild dish soap and lukewarm water. Do not place either piece in the dishwasher.
Dry Thoroughly: Dry the marble base and the glass dome immediately with a soft, clean towel after washing to prevent water spots and moisture buildup.
Prevent Staining: Wipe away oils, food residues, or moisture promptly from the marble platter. Natural white marble is porous and can absorb strongly pigmented foods if left sitting.
Handle with Care: Always lift the glass dome by its top handle, and support the marble platter from underneath with both hands when moving the set to prevent dropping or chipping.
Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Stay away from abrasive scrubbers, metal scouring pads, or harsh chemical and acidic cleaners, which can scratch the glass or dull the polished finish of the marble.
Safe Storage: Store the set in a secure, dry place, ensuring the glass dome is placed steadily on the platter or stored separately to avoid accidental impacts.

Crafted from Banswara White Marble, sourced from Banswara, Rajasthan, this platter celebrates traditional Indian craftsmanship through delicate detailing. Its natural white marble surface is adorned with a floral design created using intricate brass inlay, carefully set into the stone by skilled artisans.

Paired with a glass sourced from Uttar Pradesh, every element is thoughtfully brought together to create a serving piece that feels both artistic and functional. From shaping and hand-polishing the marble to setting each brass detail, the platter passes through careful finishing and quality checks before reaching your home

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch. From our hands to your home, every piece is packed with patience, precision and care so it reaches you as beautifully as it left us.
