Care Instructions

Every detail is carefully considered, from the smooth finish to the elegant proportions, creating pieces that are both beautiful and functional.

Hand Wash Only: Gently clean your platter using warm water and a mild, pH-neutral dish soap. Never use abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, or harsh chemical cleaners.
Avoid Acidic Substances: Keep acidic items (such as citrus juices, vinegar, and wine) off the bare surface, as they can etch or dull the natural polish.
Protect with Butter Paper: When serving hot, greasy, or oily foods, always place a sheet of butter paper (or parchment paper) on the marble surface. This creates a protective barrier against staining, oil absorption, and extreme thermal shock.
Dry Immediately: Always wipe the platter completely dry with a soft cloth immediately after washing to prevent water spots.
Not Suitable for Appliances: This product is not safe for the dishwasher, microwave, or oven.
Wipe Spills Promptly: To maintain the finish, blot up any accidental spills right away.

This playful serving platter begins as a solid piece of Banswara White marble, transformed into its distinctive cap-inspired form using precision CNC carving. The machine carefully creates the silhouette, raised edges and separate serving sections while preserving the natural character of the stone.

Once the marble work is complete, the finishing becomes a hands-on process. The piece is carefully refined and polished by skilled craftsmen, and the brass ring is individually fitted by hand into its designated groove. The warm brass detail adds just the right contrast against the soft white marble.

Designed to make serving a little more fun, its divided form is perfect for snacks, chocolates, dry fruits, appetisers or festive treats, while the sculptural shape makes it equally beautiful as a table centrepiece.

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch. From our hands to your home, every piece is packed with patience, precision and care so it reaches you as beautifully as it left us.
