Care Instructions

Wipe Clean Daily: Gently wipe your dark green marble fruit bowl with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth after each use to remove dust, fruit residues, or moisture.
Hand Wash with Care: Clean gently by hand using mild dish soap and lukewarm water only when necessary. Never submerge the bowl in water, and keep it completely out of the dishwasher.
Dry Promptly: Dry the stone thoroughly with a clean, soft towel immediately after washing to prevent water spots and moisture retention on the porous natural marble surface.
Prevent Staining: Promptly wipe away fruit juices, oils, or spills. Natural green marble is porous and can absorb strongly pigmented liquids if they are left sitting in the bowl for extended periods.
Protect Before Serving Hot Food: Always place a sheet of butter paper or parchment paper underneath hot dishes, platters, or food items if using the bowl for casual hot food presentation.
Safe Handling & Placement: Lift and move the heavy stone bowl securely with both hands, placing it gently on stable countertops or dining tables to prevent accidental chipping or cracking.
Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Stay away from abrasive scrubbers, metal scouring pads, and acidic or bleach-based cleaners, which will scratch the polished finish and dull the green marble's natural veining and luster.

The bowl is carefully shaped by skilled craftsmen and hand-polished to reveal the depth and character of the marble while maintaining its substantial, sculptural form. Perfect for serving fruits, dry snacks, nuts or as a statement centrepiece, it is designed to be as decorative as it is functional.

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch.
