Care Instructions

Wipe Clean After Use: Wipe the marble platter gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use to remove food residue and keep the white marble and inlaid details looking clean.
Hand Wash Only: Wash by hand using mild dish soap and lukewarm water when needed. Do not submerge the platter for extended periods, and never place it in the dishwasher.
Dry Immediately: Thoroughly dry the platter with a clean, soft towel right after washing to prevent water spots or moisture retention.
Prevent Staining: Promptly wipe away oils, wine, acidic foods, or strongly pigmented ingredients. Natural marble is porous and can absorb stains if spills are left sitting.
Safe Hanging or Placement: If utilizing the top hanging hole for wall display, ensure the mounting hook or anchor is securely fastened and capable of supporting the stone's weight. Otherwise, lay it flat on a stable surface.
Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Stay away from abrasive scrubbers, metal scouring pads, and acidic or bleach-based cleaners, as these can scratch the polished surface and dull the natural finish.

Carved from Banswara White Marble, sourced from Banswara, Rajasthan, the Ghost Platter brings a playful spirit to timeless Indian stone craftsmanship. Designed especially for our Halloween Collection, its whimsical ghost silhouette transforms natural marble into a statement piece made for the season.

Each platter is carefully shaped and hand-polished by skilled artisans, with the marble’s natural veining making every ghost slightly different from the next. Perfect for serving Halloween treats, candies and appetisers or simply styled as festive decor.

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch. From our hands to your home, every piece is packed with patience, precision and care so it reaches you as beautifully as it left us.
