Wipe Clean Daily: Wipe your white marble wine cooler gently with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth after each evening or gathering to remove condensation and wine drips, keeping the crystalline stone immaculate.
Hand Wash with Care: Clean gently by hand using mild dish soap and lukewarm water only when necessary. Never submerge the cooler in water, and keep it completely out of the dishwasher.
Dry Promptly: Dry the interior and exterior thoroughly with a clean, soft towel immediately after washing or removing chilled bottles to prevent water spots and moisture retention on the porous stone.
Prevent Staining: Promptly wipe away red wine spills, condensation rings, or acidic citrus garnishes. Natural white marble is porous and can absorb strongly pigmented liquids if left sitting on the surface.
Safe Chilling & Handling: Place wine bottles inside carefully to avoid striking the inner walls too hard. For best chilling results, place the empty marble cooler in your refrigerator before use rather than packing it with ice water.
Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Stay away from abrasive scrubbers, metal scouring pads, and acidic or bleach-based cleaners, which will scratch the polished finish and dull the marble's natural veining and luster.

There is something special about serving a bottle from a piece of stone that began its journey in the hills of Rajasthan. This wine cooler is crafted from Banswara White Marble, sourced from Banswara, Rajasthan, a natural stone loved for its soft white character and delicate grey veining.

Each cooler is shaped from a solid piece of marble and carefully hollowed, refined and hand-polished by skilled artisans until it achieves its smooth, understated form. Because the marble is completely natural, every piece carries its own veins and markings making your wine cooler subtly different from every other one.

Beyond its beauty, marble is naturally cool to the touch and helps retain a chilled temperature, making the piece ideal for presenting and keeping your favourite bottle cool at the table. Its clean cylindrical silhouette also allows it to double beautifully as a vase or countertop holder when not entertaining.

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch.
