Care Instructions

Wipe Clean Daily: Wipe your dual-tone black and white marble serving tray gently with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth after each gathering or tea service to keep both stone halves and the brass handles looking immaculate.
Hand Wash with Care: Clean gently by hand using mild dish soap and lukewarm water only when necessary. Never submerge the tray in water, and keep it far away from the dishwasher.
Dry Promptly: Dry the marble surface and metallic handles thoroughly with a clean, soft towel right after washing to prevent water spots and protect the golden finish.
Prevent Staining: Promptly wipe away oils, dressing spills, wine, or citrus drops. Natural marble is porous and can absorb strongly pigmented liquids if left sitting on the surface for extended periods.
Safe Handling & Transport: Lift and carry the tray securely by its brass handles or support it from underneath when moving, as heavy natural stone can chip or crack if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.
Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Stay away from abrasive scrubbers, metal scouring pads, and acidic or bleach-based cleaners, which will scratch the polished finish and dull the striking contrast between the black and white marble.

Designed to bring two distinct characters of natural stone together, this serving platter pairs the deep, dramatic texture of Galaxy Black Marble with the soft elegance of Banswara White Marble from Banswara, Rajasthan. The bold division between black and white gives the platter a contemporary character while allowing the natural patterns of each stone to remain the highlight.

Each section is carefully cut and joined by skilled artisans, then hand-finished and polished to create a smooth, seamless surface. The platter is completed with high-quality metal handles sourced from Uttar Pradesh, finished in a warm brass tone for an elegant contrast against the marble.

Made for serving appetisers, desserts, cheeses or festive spreads, it is a piece that feels equally at home during everyday gatherings and special occasions.

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch. From our hands to your home, every piece is packed with patience, precision and care so it reaches you as beautifully as it left us.
