Wipe Clean Daily: Wipe the green marble bowls, matching spoons, and serving tray gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use to remove residual salt, pepper, or kitchen moisture.
Hand Wash with Care: Wash the components by hand using mild dish soap and lukewarm water when needed. Do not submerge the set for long periods, and never place any part of it in the dishwasher.
Dry Thoroughly: Dry the bowls, tray, and golden-toned spoons immediately with a clean, soft towel to prevent water spots and protect the metallic finish of the spoons.
Prevent Mineral and Moisture Build-up: Avoid leaving moist seasonings or standing water inside the bowls for prolonged periods, as natural stone can absorb moisture.
Protect the Finish: Avoid using abrasive scrubbers, metal scouring pads, or harsh chemical and acidic cleaners, which can scratch the polished green marble surface and dull the finish.
Safe Handling: Handle the set with both hands when moving it, as natural marble can chip or crack if dropped or knocked against hard countertops.

Each piece is individually shaped, hollowed, and hand-polished by skilled artisans, with the natural variations of the marble ensuring that no two sets are ever exactly alike. Designed to hold your everyday salt and pepper while looking beautiful enough to stay on display, it turns one of the simplest dining essentials into a piece of Indian craftsmanship.

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch. From our hands to your home, every piece is packed with patience, precision and care so it reaches you as beautifully as it left us.
