Wipe Clean After Use: Wipe the green marble wine cooler gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use to remove condensation, wine drips, or moisture and keep the stone looking radiant.
Hand Wash with Care: Wash by hand using mild dish soap and lukewarm water when needed. Do not submerge the cooler in water for prolonged periods, and never place it in the dishwasher.
Dry Thoroughly: Dry the cooler immediately with a clean, soft towel right after washing to prevent water spots and moisture buildup on the porous natural stone.
Prevent Staining: Promptly wipe away wine spills, condensation rings, or acidic liquids. Natural green marble is porous and can absorb liquids if they are left sitting for extended periods.
Safe Handling & Support: Handle the cooler with both hands and support it from the base when moving, as natural marble can chip, crack, or break if dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.

Each piece is carved from natural stone, carefully hollowed, shaped, and hand-polished by skilled artisans until its rich green tones and unique veining come alive. Naturally cool to the touch, the marble helps keep your bottle chilled while bringing the beauty of Rajasthan’s stone craftsmanship to your table.

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch. From our hands to your home, every piece is packed with patience, precision and care so it reaches you as beautifully as it left us.
