Dust Softly: Gently dust the circular marble frame with a soft, dry microfiber cloth to keep the polished black stone surface looking clean and radiant.

Wipe Clean with Care: Clean using a soft cloth slightly dampened with a tiny amount of mild dish soap and lukewarm water only when necessary.

Protect the Backing & Glass: Keep excess water away from the rear wooden or cardboard backing and the inner glass edge to prevent warping or moisture damage. Never submerge the frame.

Dry Promptly: Dry the stone and glass immediately with a clean, soft towel right after wiping to prevent water spots and mineral buildup on the dark marble.

Handle with Both Hands: Hold the frame securely with both hands when moving or changing photographs, as natural marble can chip, crack, or break if accidentally dropped or knocked against hard surfaces.

Avoid Direct Sunlight: Place the frame away from prolonged direct sunlight and sudden temperature shifts to protect both the natural color of the dark stone and your displayed photograph.

Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Strictly avoid abrasive pads, steel wool, or acidic, ammonia-, and bleach-based cleaners, which will permanently etch, scratch, or dull the polished black finish.

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch. From our hands to your home, every piece is packed with patience, precision and care so it reaches you as beautifully as it left us.
