Wipe Clean Daily: Wipe your marble wine cooler gently with a soft, slightly damp microfiber cloth after each evening or gathering to remove condensation, drips, or dust and keep the stone looking pristine.
Hand Wash with Care: Clean gently by hand using mild dish soap and lukewarm water only when necessary. Never submerge the cooler in water, and keep it completely out of the dishwasher.
Dry Promptly: Dry the cooler thoroughly with a clean, soft towel right after washing or removing chilled bottles to prevent water spots and moisture retention on the porous stone.
Prevent Staining: Promptly wipe away spills from red wine, condensation rings, or citrus garnishes. Natural marble is porous and can absorb strongly pigmented liquids if left sitting on the surface.
Safe Handling & Chilling: Place bottles inside carefully to avoid striking the inner walls too hard. For best chilling results, you can chill the empty marble cooler in the refrigerator before use rather than submerging it in ice water.
Avoid Harsh Cleaners: Stay away from abrasive scrubbers, metal scouring pads, and acidic or bleach-based cleaners, which will scratch the polished finish and dull the marble's natural veining and luster.

Crafted from Morchana Marble, sourced from the Rajsamand region of Rajasthan, this wine cooler celebrates the stone’s soft earthy tones and naturally flowing patterns. Every block carries different markings, ensuring that no two coolers are ever exactly alike.

A solid piece of marble is carefully hollowed, shaped, and hand-polished by skilled artisans until it reaches its smooth, rounded form. Naturally cool to the touch, the dense stone helps keep your bottle chilled while bringing the warmth and character of Indian marble craftsmanship to the table.

Safe Packaging

At The House of Marbella, protecting your piece is just as important to us as crafting it. Before any product leaves us, it goes through 2–3 layers of quality inspection to ensure it meets our standards. Each piece is then carefully cleaned and individually checked by two different team members before being approved for packing. Once approved, our dedicated packaging team begins a carefully designed multi-layer packing process. The product is first secured with protective thermocol and placed inside an inner box to minimise movement and impact during transit. The inner package is then thoroughly wrapped with bubble wrap and placed inside a strong outer shipping box for an additional layer of protection. Once completely packed, the package undergoes a drop test to ensure that the packaging is ready to withstand the handling involved during transit. Only after successfully passing our quality, cleaning, packaging and drop-test checks is the order cleared for dispatch.
